Foundation Day Workshop

Overview

It is useful to imagine dealings between human beings as a journey. In order to effectively influence an outcome, the destination and the route must first be known. In other words we must be sure of our goal and know how best to achieve it.

In our foundation-day workshop, you will learn these basics, as well as learn how to deal with the obstructions, deviations and risks we may encounter. The results of your pre-workshop survey will also be evaluated and used to build a personal action plan.

This programme is about adding influencing techniques to the ones that are already successfully used by the delegate. By providing them with additional tools and influencing techniques, they will be much more likely to influence people successfully every time.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for the key players within your organisation who rely on the actions and decisions of others to get the job done. They may not necessarily be managers. They probably won’t just be the shy, retiring types who lack confidence. Even the most confident person may be unable to use the skill of influence to maximise the potential benefits from every personal transaction they make. Influence is about a beneficial outcome for both parties, not just getting ones own way.
