Gill McKay
Gill McKay is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience gained from a varied career predominantly in the high-tech sector. Gill has long international experience and regularly works with diverse teams from other cultures. She has held both local and global roles in large blue chip organisations as well as smaller companies and is experienced at executing programmes tailored to the requirements of different environments and cultures. Gill now delivers a wide variety of consulting programmes and interventions to a diverse range of global companies across European sites.
Henry Lee
Henry has held senior positions with several major organisations. A CIPD qualified and highly experienced Training & Development Consultant with extensive knowledge and skills in instructional design, face to face and distance learning and also coaching. Additionally, a proven track record in providing learning and communication consultancy and solutions for corporate clients in UK and International markets, has resulted in an articulate, flexible and highly creative communicator and facilitator with tri-lingual skills (English – French – Italian).
Sally Hopgood
Sally has over 20 years experience working as a facilitator and Learning and Development specialist. She has designed and delivered bespoke programmes, which have enabled sales led, global organizations to improve business and management performance, through identifying and developing behaviours which demonstrate the true brand of the organisation. Having held senior roles in Human Resources and Learning and Development in several major organisations, her clients now include a wide variety of FTSE 100 companies.
Colm Murphy
Colm is a leadership and team coach and trainer with over ten years experience in learning and development. Colm’s passion is in assisting leaders and their teams to achieve meaningful behaviour changes that drive business results through focused and engaging coaching and training interventions. He is a strong advocate of focusing on people’s strengths and passions in order to help them be truly distinctive and impactful in all aspects of their lives.
