Follow on – 60 to 90 minutes
Having graduated in successful influencing through the Influence Action Foundation Programme, this Follow-On will sustain the learning and enable application of the techniques in the current workplace situation.
Regardless of where the participants are currently located the facilitator and participants can take part in a virtual workshop anywhere that they can get online, with their laptop, and use a mobile phone or VoIP audio technology
The usual format of the conference will be a presentation by the facilitator, including multimedia content, followed by an interactive discussion with the group.
A typical application of the Web Conference would be to bring together a group or team to work on the influence challenges of a project with the facilitator.
The technology used is flexible and will be adapted to meet the needs of the organisation. Solutions include:
